About Adeno K/S

Adeno is a consulting company specializing in ServiceNow. We offer consulting services in ServiceNow, IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, and Digitalization. We work closely with some of the largest companies in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Germany. We deliver our services directly to customers and as subcontractors. We provide highly qualified consultants, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, who all have a deep technical and strategic understanding of the ServiceNow platform. We have more than 35 years of combined ServiceNow experience. Both as consultants and as ServiceNow Product Owners and Architects at top Danish companies with some of the largest and most complex ServiceNow installations in Europe. We want to help our customers in the right way and dare to challenge the status quo. We have deep knowledge of how ServiceNow can support digital transformation and have first-hand experience on what value a correct ServiceNow implementation can provide.

What is this?

The ServiceNow Services Partner Program requires our implementation partners to register their services engagement projects. Upon project completion, our implementation partners submit customer information which ServiceNow uses to conduct a customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey on behalf of the partner to measure success and gather feedback, which we use to continually improve. CSAT ratings may not reflect input from all customers of each partner.

How is this calculated?

The CSAT score, based on the 5-level Likert scale, is converted into numeric values ranging from 1-to-5, which 5 being the highest possible score. Each partner's CSAT rating is equal to a rolling 365-day average score of customer responses received across completed engagement.
