    This is a self‑service portal for the cloud user to request cloud resources using a multi‑cloud self‑service catalog, get visibility into the cost, quota, usage of their resources and manage the lifecycle and health of their cloud resources. Users can access their personalized services catalog the way they want, order new services, make requests, or check on incidents affecting their resources. The simple user experience provides on‑demand access to multi‑cloud resources while giving IT control over the process.

  • Cloud Administration Portal

    Single pane of glass to manage, govern, and design all your cloud services from a cloud administration point of view The portal is based on the Service Portal. It also provides dashboards for various the cloud administrator, cloud governor, cloud designer, and cloud operator.

  • Cloud Blueprint Designer

    ServiceNow technology lets you create a cloud agnostic application blueprint using a visual designer or using YAML representation. Existing investment in AWS CloudFormation (CF) templates and Azure ARM templates can be leveraged by turning them into blueprints. Catalog items and workflows are automatically generated from the blueprints to reduce the time from blueprint design to making it available to the end users. A policy engine that encodes organization governance policies, works hand in hand with the automated workflow to ensure right level of controls are applied in resource placement, resource selection, naming convention and much more. This allows IT to accelerate delivery and quickly meet new needs, without compromising control or the allocation of the right, compliant resources. What’s more, the Now Platform™ extends IT security, incident, and management control over all of their cloud resources, and supports policy definition based on a collective set of rules instead of separately and in silos.
