ServiceNow Production Readiness Services provide customers with a variety of options to assess design, configuration and performance during or after ServiceNow implementations. Recommendations align customer configurations with ServiceNow best practices to ensure upgradability, manageability and scalability. Current offerings include configuration reviews and load testing services.

Configuration Reviews

ServiceNow Configuration Reviews include an automated technical best practices scan of a customer's configuration and diagnostics of potential issues that impact performance and upgradeability. Customers that select the extended configuration review also receive a review of up to four custom applications.

Load Testing

Load testing allows customers to test performance and simulate planned load increases based on their implementation before going live.

ServiceNow Managed Load Testing is performed by ServiceNow consultants to test multiple "what if" scenarios without impacting the customer's production environment. ServiceNow can also assist with load testing led by either the customer or a third party.
