Amanda Grady is group vice president and general manager of AI platform security at ServiceNow, where she owns security for the AI platform that powers every ServiceNow product and experience. Her focus is agentic AI security: establishing the unified security model and governance frameworks that let customers deploy AI agents at scale without losing control of identity, data, or auditability.
Her team builds the security pillar of AI Control Tower, the platform's control plane for governing enterprise AI, delivering the controls that enforce policy on the agents and models acting on customer data and give security teams confidence in what their AI is doing. That work rests on the broader identity, access, and data protection foundation her team owns, including ServiceNow Data Vault, Domain Separation, and Security Center. Amanda joined ServiceNow in 2021 with more than two decades of cybersecurity and platform experience, including leadership roles at Salesforce and Symantec.
