Anandan Jayaraman (AJ) is vice president of the ServiceNow lead-to-cash product portfolio for the customer and industry workflows business unit. His team drives product strategy, product development, and customer design partnerships for lead and opportunity management, quoting and contract management, order-to-cash, and post-sales engagement.
AJ has extensive experience driving digital transformation for large enterprises across various industries. He led product management, user experience, and data science teams at SAP, Epiphany, and Oracle. He also served as chief product officer at multiple venture-funded software as a service and analytics startups in the U.S., Israel, and India.
