Bhagirath is a principal AI architect at ServiceNow. He works on AI agent harnesses, architecture, evaluation, and self-learning loops and optimizations. Most recently, he helped ship ServiceNow L1 AI Service Desk Specialists, which are autonomous agents that resolve tier-one IT support requests in production.
Before ServiceNow, Bhagirath spent 12 years at Microsoft working on Bing Search and personalization and building relevance, ranking, and evaluation systems—and the entity graphs behind them—for local search, maps, autocomplete, and shopping. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Utah.
