Holly is senior vice president of global operations and transformation at ServiceNow. She leads a unified organization that closes the gaps between planning, operating, and executing. Holly sharpens the company’s focus on AI-native transformation and on the strategic customers who matter most to ServiceNow’s future.
Before joining ServiceNow in April 2024, Holly served as president, executive vice president, and chief customer officer at Fossil Group. Prior to that, she was a partner at McKinsey & Company. Earlier in her career, she was a venture capital investor and early-stage operator in digital tech and payments in the U.S. and East Africa. Holly serves on the boards of the Knowledge Is Power Program (KIPP) and Shoptalk.
