Lyndsay Harris-Kyei is senior director of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) social strategy at ServiceNow. She aligns the company’s global social investments to its market-defining business strategy. Her growing team is responsible for reporting on social governance and market trends while managing social investments, such as community grants, employee volunteering, and in-kind donations.
Lyndsay works closely with internal stakeholders to establish nonprofit partnerships that accelerate the mission of our partner organizations and increase ServiceNow’s brand presence in the ESG market. She helped launch ServiceNow.org, which helps nonprofits put technology to use as they drive greater impact for their employees, volunteers, and communities.
