Nick Herbert is an executive director in the Global Public Sector division at ServiceNow. He partners with government agencies across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) to modernize operations, improve service delivery, and deliver measurable societal outcomes.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Nick spent more than a decade in senior leadership at a major global IT services firm. There he led product strategy across the UK, Europe, and APJ, working with public and private sector organizations on cloud adoption, application modernization, and emerging technologies.
