Pat Casey is chief technology officer and executive vice president of DevOps at ServiceNow. He leads a global team of more than 9,000 employees driving innovations and products that are transforming customer outcomes. The team includes AI, product, quality engineering, developer productivity, cloud services, advanced technologies, and customer service and support.
A visionary technologist, Pat has been instrumental in several key accomplishments since joining the company in 2006. He worked with founder Fred Luddy on the creation of the Glide platform (now called the ServiceNow AI Platform), led the development of the RaptorDB high-performance database offering, and oversaw the integration of large language models (LLMs) into the ServiceNow AI Platform and products, empowering users to solve complex business challenges.
