Before joining ServiceNow, Paul was chief experience officer at Under Armour, overseeing global direct-to-consumer, connected fitness, and digital experiences. His leadership approach—mission first, team second, self third—was shaped by his service in the U.S. Army. Paul holds a B.S. in information systems and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. He’s a graduate of The Wharton School's Advanced Management Program.
