Sridhar Nemala is a senior director of machine learning engineering at ServiceNow. He leads the core AI team responsible for enterprise AI benchmarks and small language model training.
Sridhar has more than two decades of experience in fundamental research and applied AI. Prior to ServiceNow, he co-founded Curie AI, a deep tech healthcare startup, and served as director of Voice AI at Knowles/Audience, where he invented multi-microphone and always-on audio processing techniques shipped in hundreds of millions of devices. He holds multiple patents and publications to his name.
