There's a question I return to often: How can technology expand access so that more people can shape the future, not just experience it? ServiceNow.org does this by putting our technology, skills, and partnerships to work for people making a difference.

When we think about doing good, none of us can do it alone. The nonprofit organizations on the front lines—delivering emergency medical aid in conflict zones, connecting people to life-changing resources, fighting poverty and climate risks—are doing extraordinary work. Yet they often lack resources that match the scale of their missions.

That's why we created the ServiceNow.org Partnership for Good Grant (SPGG): to put enterprise-grade technology and implementation expertise in service of nonprofits shaping the world. And when our partner ecosystem leans in alongside us, that accelerates nonprofits’ deeper reach and broader scale.

Now in its third year, the SPGG has grown into something larger than just a grant program. It represents a conviction that the most ambitious missions in the world should have the most capable platforms behind them.

At Knowledge this year, we were proud to announce our 2026 recipients. Each organization is extraordinary. Each story is personal.

2026 ServiceNow.org Partnership for Good Grant winners

Autism Society of America

In partnership with Accenture

The Autism Society of America connects people to education, advocacy, and life-changing resources through a national network of 69 affiliates. The organization’s goals: within three years increase its reach across all resources, platforms, and affiliates from 500,000 to 2.5 million, and increase its current support population of the national helpline from 133,000 to 1.3 million.

To help support those goals, the Autism Society will use the ServiceNow AI Platform to standardize service delivery nationally, reduce response times, and build the infrastructure for AI-powered support and transformation.

ActionAid

In partnership with Advance Solutions

ActionAid operates in more than 70 countries and serves 45 million people facing poverty, gender-based violence, climate change, and humanitarian emergencies. The organization’s reach is extraordinary, and so are its coordination demands. It manages a global federation with country offices that need real-time visibility and seamless collaboration to deliver on commitments to the communities and donors who depend on them.

This grant will support ActionAid's move to a unified IT service management (ITSM) platform: standardized incident management, a global service portal, automated workflows, and real-time analytics—all designed to strengthen governance and accountability. When the systems work, the mission moves faster.

Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières

In partnership with Sword Group

Founded in 1971, Doctors Without Borders has grown into an international movement of more than 67,000 staff members operating in over 75 countries. Teams go where most others cannot—conflict zones, disease outbreaks, and natural disasters—delivering emergency medical care to people who may have no other option.

To better support global field teams, this grant will allow the organization to replace a legacy ITSM system with a scalable, automated one. This will free field teams to focus on the work that saves lives. It’s technology deployed in the service of life. That's purpose meets platform.

The work continues

Congratulations to the Autism Society of America, ActionAid, and Doctors Without Borders! To our partners—Accenture, Advance Solutions, and Sword Group—you bring the expertise that turns a technology partnership into meaningful, lasting change. None of this works without you.

Together we’re creating more beneficiaries, not just consumers, by expanding access, automation, and agility so that nonprofits can spend more time serving communities around the world. When good works, the world works.
