Our focus on AI and technological advancements is evident in the creation of our own large language models (LLMs). “Using our applications, users can use ServiceNow’s LLM capability to solve their cases across our platform,” says Tanuja Y., senior machine learning engineer.

“One thing I love about my job is innovation,” adds Ying Z., manager of machine learning engineering management.

One of the many products she works on is called NDA Contract Review. It aims to automate contract analysis by extracting key clauses using LLMs. Working on this product allows Ying to collaborate with other business units, such as our legal team, to build relationships and improve her communication skills.
