Software Engineer Steve F. started his journey with ServiceNow as an intern while studying computer science at University of California, Davis in 2021. Upon graduation, he returned as an associate software engineer and set his sights on advancing within the company.

"I discussed my career growth with my manager,” he says. Steve’s manager told him he should have no problem advancing quickly as long as he proved his ability to operate at a high level.

“Within my first year, I was promoted, which is significantly ahead of industry standards," he adds.

“I was nervous, but it was a great experience,” she says. "I was on stage with executives from ServiceNow and the CEO of General Motors.”
