LONDON ‑‑ Aug. 27, 2010 ‑‑ Service‑, the creator of modern software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) for IT service management, today announced the inaugural Knowledge10 EMEA conference to be held at Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel, London from Sept. 13 ‑ 15. The event, the first of its kind to be held in Europe, follows the success of the Service‑'s fourth annual Knowledge10 user conference in San Diego earlier this year which sold out while attracting more than 500 IT professionals.

Knowledge10 EMEA conference keynotes will be led by Fred Luddy, Service‑ founder and CEO, Victor Jachens of Japan Tobacco International, Peter Simmons of Centrica, and Reinoud Maartens of CERN. Unique to Knowledge10 EMEA, Service‑ will host EMEA IT executives at an invite‑only CIO Forum to discuss the transformation of legacy IT through technology that helps fuel business growth and increase IT value.

The Service‑ Knowledge user conferences are a must‑attend event for professionals dedicated to solving the challenges of IT service using modern technology and real‑world IT process.
