Cubic Transportation Systems delivers integrated systems for transportation and traffic management, delivering tools for travelers to choose the smartest and easiest way to travel and pay for their journeys, and enabling transportation authorities and agencies to manage demand across the entire transportation network – all in real‑time.  Cubic originally deployed ServiceNow’s ITSM solution to manage back‑office systems in London, England, as part of an ISO 20000 certification initiative. Once this deployment went successfully, it expanded globally. By automating many aspects of field services through ServiceNow’s Field Service Management (FSM) product, Cubic can now monitor all ticketing machines, raising an incident in ServiceNow when a machine reports an issue.
