GovDC enables New South Wales Government departments and agencies to buy and use ICT services from its own datacenters or from vendors through a centralized marketplace. To deliver the portal and service catalog that underpinned the online marketplace, GovDC needed to deploy proven, scalable and highly functional service management software.
