Interested in more sessions than you have time to attend? Don't worry, this year we have a solution for you.
Introducing AI Session Summaries. Get session highlights with AI recaps across 12 stages and 240+ sessions. View the available summaries by day or session, in both written and podcast form. These are also available in the session catalog and on your Attendee Portal.
We have two types of seating for sessions at Knowledge 2026.
1. First-come, first-seated:
Add sessions you would like to attend to your agenda (“My Agenda”) by clicking “Bookmark it.” Enrolling in the session will add it to your agenda but does not reserve a seat. When you arrive at the session, seats are chosen on a first-come, first-seated basis, so make sure you arrive early. Standing room may be available if all the seats are full but is not guaranteed.
2. Save my seat:
Add sessions to your agenda and save a seat in a limited-capacity session with a maximum capacity. Please keep in mind that if you are not in your seat at least five minutes prior to the start of the session, your seat may be released to waiting attendees.
Note about full sessions: For sessions that are noted as “full” on the Agenda Builder, attendees are welcome to queue outside of the room in case any seats become available. We do not have waitlists.
AI got brilliant fast. But brilliant isn't enough when most enterprises are sitting on a patchwork of disconnected systems. Only ServiceNow combines AI that thinks with workflows that act, across every corner of your business. Join Bill McDermott, ServiceNow Chairman and CEO, and special guests to see how the world's leading companies are moving from AI chaos to control.
To win with AI, companies need to scale fast without compromising security. Join Amit Zavery, ServiceNow President, CPO, and COO, and special guests to go inside the platform: how ServiceNow brings together your data, AI, workflows, and security to build and scale AI you can trust. This is the engineering behind the AI platform that executes.
Put AI to work for people. That starts with leaders who invest in curiosity, connection, and resilience. Join an honest conversation about what it truly takes to lead people forward with confidence in an AI-driven future.
Drawing from their experiences at the edge of innovation and creative leadership, they explore how judgment, restraint, and human insight help people navigate ambiguity, and why the ability to pause, reflect, question, and choose deliberately is becoming the defining skill of this moment.
The AI conversation has shifted from possibility into execution. Join us for an unscripted conversation about power, creativity, accountability, and what it actually means to build progress people trust.
With AI, building is not the hard part. It is everything that comes after. The ServiceNow platform knows your data model, ACLs, and business rules before you type a prompt, because it IS the system of record, not beside it. The developers who know how to use that are the most valuable people in any enterprise right now.
