Access Visibility
Overview
How Access Visibility works
Access Visibility connects to your cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and data systems. It shows real permissions in plain language: create, read, update, delete.

Benefits of Access Visibility
Least privilege
See and control effective permissions for all identities across disparate systems. Find and remove over-privileged accounts, and orphaned and dormant access.

Continuous compliance
Build queries and alerts that automatically scan for access that violates policies tied to frameworks like SOX, DORA, NIST, and GDPR.

Threat investigation
Assess the detailed access of a compromised identity to understand the blast radius and prioritize incident response.

What is Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM)?
ISPM helps organizations monitor, score, and reduce identity risk before it leads to an incident. Unlike traditional Identity Access Management (IAM) tools, ISPM gives visibility across human, non-human, and AI agent identities. This enables enforcement of least privilege and identity risk controls at every step.
How is Identity and Access Security different from traditional identity security tools?
Traditional identity security tools cannot see past users and groups in a directory. Identity and Access Security traverses users, groups, roles, and policies to show what each identity can actually do against specific resources across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises systems. True permissions, not just assigned access, form the foundation for least-privilege enforcement.
What are effective permissions?
True effective permissions answer a single question: who has access to what, and what actions can they perform? They show you what each identity can actually do across your environment. A user might have access to five systems, but the real question is whether they can read customer data, modify financial records, or delete backups. Traditional identity tools only show the first part.
What is a blast radius?
Blast radius is the scope of damage if an identity is compromised. If an identity is compromised: How many systems can it reach? How much data can it access? How many other identities would be affected? Understanding blast radius before an incident occurs allows you to respond faster and contain damage. Without Identity and Access Security, you check permissions files and ask teams about access rights, a process prone to gaps. With it, you see the complete reach of every identity instantly
