Our goal with this voluntary report is to serve our stakeholders through reporting transparency while evolving our approach to be in line with emerging global regulatory requirements. This report details how ServiceNow manages impacts associated with our sustainability material topics. The process for identifying our impacts included stakeholder engagement and a double materiality assessment that evaluated the impacts of sustainability factors on society and the environment, and also on our business. Building on our Global Impact Reports from 2021-2025 and provided, which referenced the globally recognized sustainability reporting frameworks of GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board), and TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures, this year’s report begins incorporating the reporting structure of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and European Sustainability Reporting Standards. Unless otherwise noted, the information in this report pertains to ServiceNow’s consolidated global operations for fiscal year 2025 (January 1 to December 31).
