With AIOps, critical operational tasks, such as performance monitoring, workload scheduling, and data backup, can be automated, reducing manual intervention and enhancing efficiency. AIOps platforms and tools take advantage of this to accelerate issue identification and resolution by increasing root cause analysis (RCA) accuracy and proactive identification, which reduces time to resolution and helps improve service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
