Demand and strategy worksheet

The attached spreadsheet includes formulas to evaluate demands. It also includes tabs for situations when you don't need weighting. If possible, use the Demand application in ServiceNow®.

Consider these key questions when you make demand decisions:

  • What are the company's business strategies, and what is the overall value?
  • Which problems will we solve by implementing those strategies?
  • What are the demands associated with those strategies/problems?
  • What is the best solution to achieve success?

The  ServiceNow program governance framework guide  gives details regarding the strategic and operational teams you should engage in making roadmap decisions. They include the:
