Training examples

Attached are examples of recommended fulfiller training to give you a sense of what an effective fulfiller training experience looks like. Remember that fulfiller training is not full‑process training—it focuses only on the steps completed as part of the process within the ServiceNow® platform. Training those who will need to complete their work in ServiceNow builds their confidence (thus helping with change management) and encourages adoption.
