ServiceNow Hosts its NowForum Conference Series in Six Cities Around the World

More Than 2,500 IT Professionals Expected to Attend IT Transformation Events

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Oct. 6, 2014 – ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW), the enterprise IT cloud company, today kicked off the NowForum event series, its annual conference dedicated to enterprise IT transformation. This year’s events will take place in six cities: Frankfurt (Oct. 7), Paris (Oct. 8), London (Oct. 9), Washington, D.C. (Nov. 5), Sydney (Nov. 12) and Singapore (Nov. 18).

“IT departments that spend most of their time putting out fires are unable to provide services that add value to their organizations,” said Dave Wright, chief strategy officer, ServiceNow. “At the NowForum events, we’ll show how IT can break this pattern to become the source to automate IT and other business services across the enterprise, enabling new revenue opportunities.”

With more than 50 percent of sessions delivered by customers, the NowForum series is the top regional event for those who want to learn about IT transformation best practices from their peers. The event will feature customer‑led presentations on topics such as IT automation, shared services, demand management, performance analytics and IT governance. Executive keynotes will focus on defining, empowering and running the service‑oriented enterprise.
