Fairview Health

Fairview Health Services automated their disaster recovery (DR) processes with ServiceNow. Before ServiceNow, the award‑winning nonprofit healthcare system managed their IT disaster recovery manually. The processes couldn’t keep up. It was cumbersome and time‑consuming to keep Word‑based recovery plans up to date and accurate. Leveraging ServiceNow for DR was a natural choice because Fairview already used the platform for IT Service Management. They purchased the Fairchild App from the ServiceNow Store, providing a cloud‑based solution with complete visibility and control. The ready‑to‑deploy application saved Fairview at least nine months of custom development time, allowing them to focus on other value‑add areas.
