Now, inMorphis has taken its commitment to excellence through education to the next level by signing an Enterprise Training Agreement (ETA) with ServiceNow, further strengthening its ability to deliver the skills needed to drive meaningful, sustainable change for the world's leading enterprises.

Under this ETA, inMorphis staff have unrestricted access to ServiceNow University content and certifications, allowing employees to continuously grow their skills and put AI to work for their careers with ServiceNow University. The company has enabled more than 750+ professionals through public and private cohorts in 2024-25 alone and holds roughly 1,500 certifications and accreditations across the firm spanning Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and more.

Partnering with ServiceNow to accelerate GenAI adoption

Beyond training, inMorphis has established itself as a strategic partner for ServiceNow's GenAI initiatives, helping joint customers unlock the full potential of AI-powered workflows.   • AI Agent for IT and HR support: Knowledge-driven, natural-language responses achieved 100% SLA adherence across defined IT and HR request types during the pilot window, with higher self-service containment
  • Sales workflow co-pilot: RFP analysis and response drafting via ServiceNow AI Agents plus M365 content search delivered approximately 2.5 times productivity uplift measured via cycle-time reduction and win-team throughput

These innovations extend beyond implementation services. inMorphis' product engineering team has built 10+ certified ServiceNow Store apps that add business context on top of ServiceNow's strong foundations, including the Agentic AI Regulatory Task Creator, GenAI Accelerator for Now Assist Readiness, and Document Communicator.
