Starting in 2026, this event formerly known as Federal Forum will now be called Government Forum. It’s the same event, with the same focus on connecting government professionals, sharing insights, and exploring ServiceNow solutions.
Where is Government Forum being held?

Government Forum is taking place at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, located at 201 Waterfront Street National Harbor, MD 20745.

Hotel & Lodging
After registering for the Government Forum, you can reserve a room at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center at a discounted rate by booking before February 11, 2026. Space is limited, so don't miss your chance to secure these special rates.

Transportation
Complimentary shuttles will be available running between the Gaylord and Metro Center, Navy Yard, and Pentagon metro stops from 7 - 10 A.M. and 4 - 6 P.M. Shuttle service is provided exclusively for Government Forum and will not be available for Learning Lab.

Metro (distance from station to Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center):

  • Branch Ave Station – 8 miles
  • Braddock Road Station – 5 miles

Bus Lines:
There are three direct bus lines to National Harbor that run approximately every 30 minutes.

  • C11 S Capitol St

Train Station (distance from station to Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center):

  • Amtrak Station ALX – 6 miles

Water Taxi:

What is Learning Lab?
Learning Lab is a day of engaging, hands-on workshops where you’ll learn how to get the most out of your ServiceNow AI Platform. You’ll leave with practical tips, useful insights, and strategies you can put to work right away. This will be held the day after Government Forum on Friday, March 6, 2026. Be sure to bring your laptop—these are learn-by-doing experiences.
How many Learning Lab workshops am I able to attend?
Learning Lab workshops will run concurrently. You will only be able to register for and attend one Learning Lab workshop.
Is this event free for government?

Yes. This event is free for public sector professionals, including federal, state, and local government employees. The Fair Market Value of your registration may include food, beverage, swag, and transportation. If you're unable to accept, you can indicate this by selecting the appropriate checkbox on the registration form. Below is the FMV:

Can I receive CPE credits?

Government Forum: Yes, attendees are eligible to receive continuing professional education (CPE) credits for the event. No advance preparation or prerequisites are required.

Learning Lab: Learning Lab attendees are not eligible to receive CPE credits.
