Glen Taylor leads the design, deployment, and support of core technologies and platforms across DT. With over 30 years of global experience in technology and information security, Glen has held leadership roles at prominent organizations including Shell Oil, Barclays Bank, Life Technologies, and The Walt Disney Unternehmen.

Before joining ServiceNow, Glen served for nine years as the Chief Information Security Officer at Disney, where he drove key digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

Glen holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Portsmouth (UK) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales (UK). He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Chartered IT Professional (CITP), reflecting his commitment to excellence and professional standards in the technology field.
