I'm leading the inbound product management of Process Mining, our powerful in-platform process mining capability, at ServiceNow. I'm passionate about enabling almost every ServiceNow user to instantly start a mining project on any ServiceNow process or table to make better decisions and identify automation opportunities. I'm also a part-time PhD candidate at Delft University, where I research how machine learning and process mining can improve a process's perceived service quality.
