Jon Sigler is the leader of ServiceNow’s AI Platform, the foundation for all of the company’s products and experiences. Under Jon’s leadership, the AI Platform organization defines and advances our AI-native enterprise platform – accelerating product innovation and delivering differentiated, AI-powered solutions that transform work. Responsible for delivering world-class agentic AI, integrations, data management, automation, and user experiences across all channels, the AI Platform team ensures an intelligent, secure, scalable, performant, and accessible platform that fuels our customers’ business reinvention.

Jon joined ServiceNow in 2021 with more than 25 years of industry experience. He has been at the forefront of transformative technological innovations throughout his career, holding product leadership roles at Microsoft, Apple, and Salesforce. At Microsoft, Jon was part of the founding team for MS Access, ultimately serving as GM for both Access and Excel. At Apple, he built some of the first software for the iPhone and iPad. At Salesforce, Jon drove complex platform technologies at scale – leading one of the company’s largest initiatives, the Lightning platform. During his tenure there, Jon was also instrumental in developing Salesforce Mobile and Work.com.

Outside of his day job shaping the next generation of AI-driven enterprises, Jon is an avid golfer and resides in the Pacific Northwest with his family and two beloved Ragdoll cats.
