Other recent Service‑ business highlights include:

  • Cash‑flow positive for the last year and a half.
  • High triple‑digit growth during the last 12 quarters.
  • Revenue is recurring based on an annual subscription license.
  • Now more than 33,000 IT professionals and 2.5 million end users leverage Service‑ in 30 countries around the world.
  • The majority of the 237 Service‑ enterprise customers were customers of BMC Remedy and HP ServiceCenter / Service Desk.
