Dashboards in the library
Use Platform Analytics dashboards to access, organize, and share data in a visual format. Dashboards contain data visualizations, filters, and other visual elements.
Dashboards overview
To find dashboards in Platform Analytics, navigate to the library at . By installing and enabling Unified Analytics on your instance, you can find both Core UI and Platform Analytics experience dashboards in the Platform Analytics Dashboards library.
The configuration of the Dashboards page and the data access depends on the user roles. Users without an admin role have limited capabilities, as compared to the users with an admin role. For more information on the types of admin roles in Platform Analytics, see Platform Analytics roles. The following example shows what a user can see in the Platform Analytics Dashboards library for users without an admin role.
The following table shows the common elements that users with and without the admin roles can view in the Dashboards page. Refer to the numbered call-outs in the image and their descriptions in the table.

| 5 | Categories | Option to view and select the available and applied categories for dashboards. If you're a user with the platform_analytics_admin privileges, you can create and customize the categories for the dashboards. For more information on creating dashboard categories, see Create dashboard categories. |
| 6 | Dashboards list | List of all dashboards. You can personalize and also sort the list by Name, Description, Views, and Certified. All Users (with and without an admin role) can view the following columns:

| 7 | Column Filter | Option for displaying the column filters in the dashboards to filter the data in the columns based on the specified condition. By default, the Column Filter is turned off. |
