Idle time analysis

  • Idle time analysis focuses on the periods when a case is assigned to a team but not yet assigned to a specific resource. This is the time during which the case remains inactive, waiting for someone to take action.

    To enable idle time analysis for a project, set it in the process configuration for the table. For more information about setting idle time analysis in process configuration, see Configure impact metrics.
