Automated improvement opportunities

Automated improvement opportunities are the improvement opportunities that are available in Process Mining. Set them to understand the improvement opportunities for your process.

Note:

You can have a maximum of 15 automated improvement opportunities for a project.

In Process Mining the following improvement opportunities are available:

• Configure ping-pong finding definition
  Configure ping-pong finding definitions to view a pattern where a record bounces back and forth between two steps without interruption.
• Configure extra step finding definition
  Configure an extra-step finding definition to view a pattern where routes differ by one additional step.
• Configure slow transitions
  Configure a slow transitions finding definition to view a pattern where clusters of records have an unusual duration that's higher than the average duration of another group of records.
• Configure extreme duration finding definition
  Configure an extreme duration finding definition to view a pattern where transitions take significantly longer than the usual duration between the steps.
• Configure extreme repetitions finding definition
  Configure an extreme repetitions finding definition to view a pattern where a transition repeats more than the usual repetition range between the steps.
• Configure repeating pattern finding definition
  Configure a repeating pattern finding definition to view a pattern with a series of repeating sequence of steps.
• Configure rework finding definition
  Configure a rework finding definition to view a pattern where a step in the process is repeated.
