Set improvement opportunities from Summary and insights page

  • Set improvement opportunities from the Summary and insights page to configure improvement opportunities for the project.

    Before you begin

    • You can create one configuration per table for each project based on a process.
    • You can create a rule-based finding definition from the Process Configurations page or the Projects page.
    • Role required:
      • The sn_process_optimization_admin and sn_process_optimization_power_user roles can create a finding definition for a project.
      • The sn_process_optimization_analyst role can view a finding definition for a project, but can’t create, edit, or delete a definition.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Process Mining Workspace.
    2. Select a project.
      Ensure that the project has improvement opportunities set.
    3. Select the Change the configuration link on the Opportunities section.
      The Improvement Opportunities page from project Builder is displayed.
    4. Select New.
      The Improvement Opportunity definition page is displayed.
    5. Select Create on a card to create an improvement opportunity of that type.

      Note:
      You can have a maximum of 15 automated improvement opportunities for a project.
