Configure automated root cause analysis

    • Configure automated root cause analysis from the process configuration record.

    Before you begin

    Role required:sn_process_optimization_admin, sn_process_optimization_power_user, or sn_process_optimization_analyst

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Process Mining > Process Configurations.Automated root cause analysis form
    2. Open the process configuration for which you want to configure the automated root cause analysis.
      Alternately, you can also choose to create a new process configuration by selecting New. For more information, see Create process configuration using Classic view to set it in the Classic view and Configure investigative features to set it from the guided Process Configurations set up.
    3. On the Automated Root Cause Analysis tab, select the fields that you want to include in the analysis.
    4. Select Submit or Update.

    Result

    Automated root cause analysis is configured for the table.
