Share a Task Mining analysis

    • Determine which process owners have access to the project's analysis.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_tm_core.analyst, sn_tm_core.power_user, sn_tm_core.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Task Mining Workspace.
    2. Select the project you want to share.
    3. Select Share.

    4. If the project has already been shared with some users, determine whether you still want to grant those users permissions for the project's analysis.

      • To retain a user and the user's current permissions, don’t modify the user's card.
      • To change a user's current permissions, select the Actions menu on a user's card and modify the permissions.
      • To remove all sharing permissions for a user, select Actions on a user's card and select Remove.
      • Select Confirm to save changes.
    5. Determine new users with whom you want to share the project's analysis.
      1. In the Grant access to field, type and select the users or groups with whom you want to share the analysis.
      2. Select Add.
      3. Select users you want to grant edit permissions to by selecting the Actions menu on a user's card and Edit.
      4. Select Confirm.
    6. Repeat Step 5 for all users you want to grant permission to access the project's analysis.
