Role required: analytics_admin or analytics_viewer
About this task
Note: This feature only supports portals, workspaces, and the main platform navigation (Unified Navigation).
Procedure

Navigate to the application or the portal you want to work on.

Select the utility icon present on the bottom left section of the portal/application page.
A panel on the right hand side of the application/portal page shows up. It has some key usage metrics for the application pages.
Note: The information in the panel is visible only if Usage Insights is tracked for the application or portal.

Review the following usage insights information shown in the panel.
- Page views: Shows number of views of the selected page.
- Users: Number of unique users (both active and new) who visited the selected page.
- Avg. duration: Average time the user spent in the application across all versions and devices.
- Avg. load time: Shows the average time it takes to load the page, this data is sampled and based on 5%-10% of total page loads.
- Top 5 Events: Top 5 actions that were triggered within this page.
- Optional:
Select Analyze with User Experience Analytics if you want to view comprehensive data usage information on the dashboard.
This option redirects you to the dashboard.
Note: On the dashboard, in addition to individual application or portal pages, you can also gain insights by analyzing the entire application as a whole.
