Automation opportunities page
Use the automation opportunities page to find automation opportunities using machine learning and process-based analysis.
Summary cards
The cards displayed at the top of the page give you a quick overview of the discovered opportunities. The overview displays how many records are affected, and an estimate of the time you can save by using these automation opportunities.
- Automation Opportunities
- The Automation Opportunities card displays a count of discovered by automation discovery. See the discovered opportunities in the Automation Opportunities list below this card section.
- Possible Deflections
- The Possible Deflections card displays a count of the records covered by the automation opportunities discovered. This count is also visible in the Automation Opportunities list below this card section.
- Opportunity Volume
- The Opportunity Volume card gives the total records in the top 10 automation opportunities.
Automation opportunities list
Use the Automation opportunities list to see an overview of your opportunities, the estimated mean time to resolve, and what actions you can take to implement these automations.
