Platform Analytics dashboards in ServiceNow enable customers to access, organize, and share data visually through dashboards containing data visualizations, filters, and other elements. Dashboards are located in the Platform Analytics Dashboards library under All > Platform Analytics > Library > Dashboards.

After installing and enabling Unified Analytics, users can access both Core UI and Platform Analytics dashboards in this library. Access and configuration depend on user roles, with admin users having broader capabilities compared to non-admin users.
Key Features
- Create Dashboard: Users can create new dashboards using an in-line editor.
- Search: Dashboards can be searched by name or owner for efficient navigation.
- Personalize List: Users can add or remove columns in the dashboard list to customize their view.
- Filter By: Dashboards can be filtered based on criteria such as bookmarked, certified, owned, recently opened, or shared dashboards to quickly find relevant content.
- Categories: Dashboards can be viewed and filtered by categories. Admin users can create and customize these categories to better organize dashboards.
- Dashboards List: Displays dashboards with columns including Name, Description, Owner, Last Updated, Updated By, Certification status, and Categories. All users can view these columns and sort the list accordingly.
- Column Filter: Optional column filters allow users to filter dashboard data directly within the list, although this feature is off by default.

Dashboards overview
To find dashboards in Platform Analytics, navigate to the library at . By installing and enabling Unified Analytics on your instance, you can find both Core UI and Platform Analytics experience dashboards in the Platform Analytics Dashboards library.
The configuration of the Dashboards page and the data access depends on the user roles. Users without an admin role have limited capabilities, as compared to the users with an admin role.
