Set improvement opportunities using Finding Builder

  • Set improvement opportunities from the Classic view using Finding Builder.

    Before you begin

    • You can create one configuration per table for each project based on a process.
    • You can create a rule-based finding definition from the Process Configurations page or the Projects page.
    • Role required:
      • The sn_process_optimization_admin and sn_process_optimization_power_user roles can create a finding definition for a project.
      • The sn_process_optimization_analyst role can view a finding definition for a project, but can’t create, edit, or delete a definition.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Process Mining > Projects > All Projects.
    2. Select a project.
    3. Select Use Finding Definition under the Project Finding Definitions tab or the Automated Finding Definitions tab.
      The Improvement opportunity definition page is displayed.
    4. To create a rule-based improvement opportunity, select Create on the Rule-based card.

    5. To create an automated improvement opportunity, select Create on any of the automated opportunity card.
