    Platform Analytics administrator

    The dashboard administrator (sn_cco_dashboard.cco_dashboard_admin) is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the CCO Dashboard and its underlying content.

    Key duties include:
    • Installing plugins and assigning the admin roles to configuration owners
    • Defining verticals and business questions
    • Selecting and tuning KPIs/KRIs, setting thresholds, and mapping data sources
    • Creating and validating Platform Analytics indicators, breakdowns, and data-collection jobs
    • Managing translations, plugin upgrades, and best-practice templates to ensure consistency

    Business user

    The user (sn_cco_dashboard.cco_dashboard_user) role is required to access the dashboard.

    Typical activities:
    • Viewing real-time scorecards and visualizations aligned to strategic goals
    • Applying filters, switching time frames, and drilling into underlying records
    • Exporting charts and reports for executive briefs or stakeholder presentations
    • Subscribing to alerts and notifications when metrics cross defined thresholds
    • Providing feedback on dashboard usability and data relevance to the admin team
