Explore Wins UK IT Industry Award for Business IT Innovation of the Year

LONDON – Nov. 18, 2010 ‑‑ Service‑, the creator of modern software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) for IT service management, today announced it won Business IT Innovation of the Year at the prestigious UK IT Industry Awards 2010. The annual black tie awards event is organised by the British Computer Society (BCS) in association with Computing magazine.


The UK IT Industry Awards are the benchmark for excellence throughout the computer industry and recognise the contributions of individuals, projects, organisations and technologies that have advanced information technology during the past 12 months.

Service‑ is commended for its commitment to a powerfully simple approach to enterprise IT management. In addition, Service‑ received high marks for agile development of its IT service management (ITSM) platform in the cloud and its focus on helping customers be more innovative and provide better, highly available IT services to the business.
