Features of ITOM Cloud Accelerate

ITOM Cloud Accelerate enables organizations to validate their cloud assets against predefined standards and correct any deviations.

These automated processes empower businesses to quicken their journey towards cloud transformation by automating operations on Day 0, Day 1, and Day 2. It offers the following features:

Cloud Account Management

Use the ServiceNow® Cloud Account Management app for efficiently managing and provisioning of cloud accounts. The app allows you to either obtain manual approvals for account creation—ensuring that the process is closely monitored and verified by relevant stakeholders—or to automate the approval process based on predefined rules and conditions, saving time and reducing manual intervention.

Cloud Services Catalog

Use the ServiceNow® Cloud Services Catalog app for simplified, assisted, and featured interface to access cloud resources. You can also publish cloud offerings to a catalog and manage the usage and life cycle of those resources.

Cloud Migration Assessment

Use the ServiceNow® Cloud Migration Assessment application to plan, organize, and track the process of relocating your enterprise IT resources and workloads to cloud platforms. Analyze the IT resources using dashboards that visualize and summarize information on resources by different categories.

Cloud Configuration Governance

Use the ServiceNow® Cloud Configuration Governance application to check the configuration settings of cloud resources in your organization against a set of policies to identify violations. After identifying the violation, use remediation workflows to mitigate them.

Cloud Action Library

Use the ready-to-use actions and subflows of the ServiceNow® Cloud Action Library application to interact with the cloud resources of the organization. ServiceNow® ITOM Cloud Accelerate features, such as Cloud Configuration Governance, use these actions to operate.

ITOM Cloud Accelerate licensing

The ServiceNow AI Platform® uses a licensing method where your organization is billed for using ITOM Cloud Accelerate. The ServiceNow Product Documentation doesn't provide information on prices, packaging, or other details determined by your organization customer contract. Deploying ITOM Cloud Accelerate

ITOM Cloud Accelerate features are available as separate apps on ServiceNow Store.

For licensing purposes, the ITOM Cloud Accelerate license provides the CI count for CIs managed and monitored by Cloud Migration Assessment, Cloud Configuration Governance, or Cloud Action Library. If different ITOM Cloud Accelerate features report the same CIs as their resources, the CI count is manipulated to remove the duplication.

Using guided setup to implement IT Operations Management applications

IT Operations Management Guided Setup provides a sequence of tasks that help you configure IT Operations Management applications on your ServiceNow instance.
