    In Event Management, Service Mapping relationships appear on alerts. You can view the related CI and other information in the Event Management dashboard. The mapping relationships appear in a service map with the generated alert, any CIs that are bound to the alert, and all related CIs.

    Service Mapping, which is closely related to Event Management, provides tools to discover the relationships between network, hardware, software, storage, and other devices.
