Refresh a response with new data

Look at the age of the response to a question in an AI Data Explorer exploration. Then regenerate the response with fresh data.

Before you begin

Role required: now_assist_explorer_user and ownership or editing rights to the exploration.

Procedure

1. Launch AI Data Explorer.
   For more information, see Launch AI Data Explorer.
2. Open an exploration that has questions and responses that may be out of date.
3. Locate a response of interest and hold the cursor over View source.
   You see how long ago the AI generated the response, along with a Refresh button.
   
   
4. If you decide that the data in the response is too old, select Refresh.

Result

The visualization, summary, and suggested follow-up questions in the response are all refreshed.

Note:

Refreshing a response removes all changes that you made manually to the text in the summary.
