Request Process Mining for Salesforce

Request Process Mining for Salesforce to import the data and work with it within the ServiceNow® instance.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Verify that you have already installed:

• Process Mining for External Data (version 28.9.13). For more information, see Request Process Mining for external data.
• Salesforce Spoke (sn_sforce_v2_spoke) (2.5.0): For more information, see Salesforce Spoke.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > System Application > All Available Applications > All.
2. Find Process Mining for Salesforce using the filter criteria and search bar.

   You can search for it by its name or ID. If you can’t find it, you may have to request it from the ServiceNow® Store.

   Here is the detail: Process Mining for Salesforce: sn_promin_sf.

   This application is bundled in the plugin.

3. Select Install.
