Request Process Mining for Workday

Request Process Mining for Workday to import the data and work with it within the ServiceNow® instance.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Verify that you have already installed:

• Process Mining for External Data (version 28.9.13). For more information, see Request Process Mining for external data.
• Workday HR Spoke (sn_workday_hr_spke) (version 2.12.2): For more information, see Workday HR Spoke.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > System Application > All Available Applications > All.
2. Find the Process Mining for Workday using the filter criteria and search bar.

   You can search for it by its name or ID. If you can’t find an application, you may have to request it from the ServiceNow® Store.

   Here is the detail: Process Mining for Workday: sn_workday_hr_spke.

   This application is bundled in the plugin.

3. Select Install.
