- Automation opportunities enhancements
- View additional filter and sorting options along with updated metrics in the automation opportunities list. Automation opportunity cards on the home page and in the list provide additional information and an updated appearance. An AI Agents tab is added to the Resolution Steps page, and the Agent guided setup tab can be opened to complete development of AI agents. The Continue building AI agent box gives options for Chat Agent and Voice Agent.

Several features are updated to improve the user experience.
- The AI Agent Advisor section of the Now Assist Center home page is renamed to Automation opportunities.
- The automation opportunities cards display the record type. Hours time saved is changed to Est cost savings per year. Estimated savings is changed to Est time saved per year. A Review opportunity link displays on the card.
- The summary on the Resolution Steps page is updated with a description of the problem and source, last updated date, and metrics for records analyzed and estimated time saved per year. The number of resolution steps and AI agents are moved to the respective tabs.
